Made up of interviews with Assassins based around the world. This week, we are joined by Brad Curnow! Who joined our Assassin's Creed Partnership Program in August 2026 as a member of the Video Content Creation Team and is based in the United States. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Hi Brad thank you for joining me for this interview. Please could you tell us a little bit about yourself and your role within the Assassin's Creed Community. Col : In August 2026, you joined The Ones Who Came Before's Assassin's Creed Partnership Program, known as the Isu_Network. Are you excited to work alongside the Video Content Creation Team, in particular boosting our Rally the Creed Live podcast? Brad : Yes, I'm excited! I’m looking forward to being a part of a team that I’ve been following for several years and creating more AC content. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Do you have a favourite piece of content? Brad : Content that I’ve created? My favorite is probably the video I made that recapped AC2 in 90 seconds. I initially wanted to do 30 seconds, but there was too much to cut it to so short and still tell the story. Brad with his son. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : How excited are you for the future of Assassin's Creed? Col : Which Assassin's Creed game have you been playing recently, and which game are you playing next? Brad : I'm currently playing Black Flag Resynced. I’ll probably go back to playing Shadows. I do plan on playing BFR for a good long time though because of the exploration and changes to the world from the original. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Have you visited any of the locations from the games? Brad : I haven’t. I’d love to go to Italy and do an “AC Tour” to see Florence, Venice, and Rome. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Which Assassin's Creed game is your favourite and why? Brad : The original Black Flag is my favorite. I love pirates and getting to play as a pirate in Assassin's Creed was a lot of fun. Beyond the gameplay, Edward’s character development was fantastic and it was great to see his journey from a greedy pirate to a master Assassin and family man. The only reason I haven’t put Resynced above the original is because I haven’t finished it. We’ll see where it ranks after finishing the new game. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Have you attended any events within the Assassin's Creed Community? Brad : I haven’t had a chance to, no. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Do you have a favourite Assassin's Creed community moment/ story you would like to share? Brad : Launching my first video on my original Assassin’s Creed YouTube channel was a big moment. I’d spent several weeks prepping the channel branding and several videos. So, when it felt great when I finally launched with my first few videos. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : What would be your dream setting for the upcoming AC Netflix TV show or future game? Brad : I'd like to see the AC Netflix TV show visit the Caribbean again. We don’t have to follow Edward or Mary, but instead a random Assassin from the order. The characters we’re familiar with can make cameos, but shouldn’t have significant roles. The West Indies in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Do you have any personal AC goals you would like to achieve? Brad : I’ve been playing through the games again with my son (he’s 12). I think my personal AC goals right now would be to continue to enjoy the games and stories as I experience them with my son for his first time. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : What would you say is your most significant community achievement to date? Brad : I built a channel that’s continued to get several hundred views every day despite not posting anything to it in more than two years. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : What is your favourite part of being a community member? Brad : It's cool to be able to talk to other people who love the franchise and create content around the games. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Do you collect AC merchandise? If so, what is your favourite item? Brad : As much as I would love to, I don’t collect actual AC merchandise. What I do like to collect is the physical copies of the games. I have discs for every game from AC1 through Black Flag Resynced. As convenient as it is to have digital copies, I love collecting the physical copies. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : What advice do you have for people looking to get into content creation, in particular, video editing and recording. Brad : Be patient with yourself. Whether you’re learning how to edit videos or capture content, it’s going to take time to figure out how to do it well. Even when you do figure it out, keep pushing yourself to do different and better things. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Col : Where can our community members find you online? Brad : I'm not very active on social media. Like I said before, I have my old YouTube channel that I haven’t posted to in a while, but I’m thinking about starting it up again.
