Community Questions - Anthony Muzzarelli

Welcome back to another article in our Assassin's Creed Community Questions series. Made up of interviews with Assassins based around the world.

This week, we are joined by Anthony Muzzarelli! Who joined TOWCB Writing Team in August 2026 and is based in the United States.

Col: Hi Anthony, thank you for joining me for this interview. Please could you tell us a little bit about yourself and your role within the Assassin's Creed Community.

Anthony: Hi! As you know my name is Anthony, I currently work in sales. When I’m not at work and don’t have my daughter I like to draw or play video games, more often than not it’s Assassin’s Creed. Up until joining this group I’m not sure I really had much of a role in the community if I’m being honest, besides posting a random short video or meme here and there.

Col: In August 2026, you joined The Ones Who Came Before's Assassin's Creed Partnership Program, known as the Isu_Network. Are you excited to work alongside the Writing Team?

Anthony: I’m very excited for the opportunity, everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful!

Col: Do you have a favourite piece of content?

Anthony: Rally The Creed and the “Did you know”/“On this day” posts are probably my favorite

Col: How excited are you for the future of Assassin's Creed?

Anthony: I have been in a constant state of excitement for the future of Assassin’s Creed since 2009 if I’m being honest, wether it’s story or gameplay, each title ends up hyping me up for the next one even if it hasn’t been announced yet. I can’t wait to see more about Hexe when the time comes!

Col: Which Assassin's Creed game have you been playing recently, and which game are you playing next?

Anthony: After finishing Black Flag Resynced I ended up replaying Mirage and have now started playing Valhalla when I get the chance! I’ve only ever beat Valhalla once so it’s almost like a new game to me.

Col: Have you visited any of the locations from the games?

Anthony: Sadly I have not but I plan to visit as many as I can, starting in Italy. I’d love to see Monteriggioni!

Col: Which Assassin's Creed game is your favourite and why?

Anthony: It’s really hard for me to narrow it down to one favorite, I think I’d say Brotherhood is my favorite but others like Black Flag, Rogue, Origins, and Shadows are runners up for various reasons. Brotherhood is my favorite because after watching Ezio become a proper Assassin, we get to watch him unite Rome and become a leader. I really loved the Assassin recruit feature and the multiplayer ended up being really fun even though I was terrible at it.

Col: Have you attended any events within the Assassin's Creed Community?

Anthony: Unfortunately I have not been able to, living in the middle of nowhere like I do means I’m always far away from events so I haven’t been afforded the opportunity yet.

Col: Do you have a favourite Assassin's Creed community moment/ story you would like to share?

Anthony: The excitement and theories that surrounded Assassin’s Creed: Revelations when it’s E3 trailer came out was probably one of the highest points in the community for me. Everyone was so excited, albeit a little worried, to be playing as an older Ezio along with the return of the franchise original protagonist.

Col: What would be your dream setting for the upcoming AC Netflix TV show or future game?

Anthony: Honestly I think it’d be really cool if they used the tv show to wrap up characters stories. After getting Ezio and Altaïr wrapped up in a nice bow, it’d be cool to see how the stories of Connor, Shay, Bayek, etc end. Or some more Altaïr stories, for a show or a game, he deserves more love.

Col: Do you have any personal AC goals you would like to achieve?

Anthony: I’d love to do a huge chronological playthrough of the series.

Col: What would you say is your most significant community achievement to date?

Anthony: I would say the TikTok’s I made while playing Resynced! They Reached numbers I didn’t expect!

Col: What is your favourite part of being a community member?

Anthony: Having people who are as passionate as I am about Assassin’s Creed in one space just talking about the franchise we love <3

Col: Do you collect AC merchandise? If so, what is your favourite item?

Anthony: I do! When I can! I have several items, most of them hidden blades, my favorite would have to be my Brotherhood Ezio hidden blade! It was the first one I ever got.

Col: What advice do you have for people looking to get into content creation, in particular, video editing and recording?

Anthony: Do what you love and what actually interests you! Having hundreds of thousands of views on something you made but have remotely no interest in won’t feel as good as having half of those views on a project you’re passionate about! As far as editing and recording, save so much, so so so so much and keep back ups of EVERYTHING. I have lost way too many projects because I didn’t have proper back ups prepared.
