Art Reveal - A Swashbuckling Collection By Jebs
We are honoured to share with everyone a rather special collection of art created by our very own Jebs!
Jebs is a longstanding member of our little Brotherhood and an incredibly talanted member of our art department; who was more than happy to share a collection of their creations centred around the; recently released; Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag Resynced to help promote the 2026 AC Community Fundraiser!
Their primary piece is this gorgeous shot of Edward Kenway gazing out to sea while drenched in the golden hues of a sunset. Based on a shot from the trailer for Resynched, Jebs was inspired to focus on the sunset due to its connotations that reflect Edward's journey of loneliness and self improvement: "I think that the sunset is a really important time of day that I always seem to correlate to self reflection and solitude..."
For our more artistically interested fans; Jebs also stated that while they had never added landscape backgrounds to their art before, this drawing was a great practice for their own improvement as they were able to experiment with various digital brushes, in particular the "hatching brush" to add texture to their creations.
As for their other creations; Jebs compiled a selection of Edward themed drawings taht once again express their talent for textures and expressive characters. Whether its another sunset-soaked piece centred on the reveal of James Kidd's true identity or Kenway enjoying a salty seafood dish in a rare moment of tranquilty; Jebs brings the character to life in their unique style that they describe as: "a blend between doodling, sketching, anime and whatever takes their fancy..."
Thank you Jebs for taking the time and effort to help with our community fundraiser as well as share some great examples of your art along the way.
For anyone with the financial means to do so, any and all donations would be greatly appreciated to help support the great work of; Blood Cancer United, Wild Wings Birds of Prey, British Heart Foundation and the Ocean Conservancy.
Safety and Peace.
