2) Gladiator

Game: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Photo number two comes from @therajabros over on Twitter.

This week second shot appeared on my feed this week and I could not help but add it to the showcase. What a stunning silhouette of Kassandra against an unbelievable sandy backdrop. For me this is high quality virtual photography.

I liken it to a movie poster due to its style and the nice touch of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey logo. I am just getting Gladiator, Wonder Women and Aquaman vibes from this shot. I would love to see a take on this for Origins and Valhalla.

1) Walk on your Water

Game: Assassin’s Creed Origins                                        Platform: PC

This week’s first capture comes from @Col_96, a member of our Assassin’s Creed VP Twitter Community.

First up this week we have the admin of @ACFirstCiv with a gorgeous shot of Bayek exiting the water. I love these scenes from Origins as the strong blue background is so atmospheric.

The white flowers glowing and the water soaking into Bayek’s outfit is just sublime. It’s fantastic how different Bayek can look without his hair and beard and how this transfers into the different scenes. From what we have seen of Mirage it looks like this type of encounter will return, so I cannot wait for that.

5) England

Game: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

The final capture of the week comes from @MythFinder82 a member of our Assassin’s Creed VP Twitter Community.

The final shot of the week is part a picturesque set, showcasing the many amazing environments in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. I picked this one due to its simplicity and peaceful nature. A lot can be said for still moments from the game.

Once again the positioning of this photo is flawless. It captures the English countryside beautifully. That reflection of the water is excellence, showcases how incredible the water graphics are in Valhalla.

3) Lights in the Sky

Game: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

This week’s third shot comes from @_Virtualtourism a member of our Assassin’s Creed VP Twitter Community.

Photo number three epitomises Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The sensational sky reminds me of the first time I booted up the game. Valhalla can never be criticised for it’s incredible environments, they are a virtual photographers dream.

I am a big fan of the composition of this photo. I love the way Eivor is stood atop a mountain with hood up and torch out. The shadows in the background add a cold and eerie feel to the shot. Congratulation on fulfilling the Scandi vibes.

4) Wolf Kissed

Game: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

VP number four comes from @CaroWhovian a member of our Assassin’s Creed VP Twitter Community.

For our penultimate shot this week we have an Ubisoft Photo mode competition entry. This is a smart portrait of Eivor that reminds me of an old painting you would see in a stately house.

Eivor’s stance is perfect and the use of fog in the background adds to the mystery. My favourite part has to be the red leaves that create a striking frame for the shot. This photo reminds me of my time in Svartalfaheimr with it’s mythical feel.
